TO OBTAIN MAXIMUM BENEFIT FROM USE OF SAUNA AND TURKISH BATH
1)Don’t be in a hurry, allow at least 90 min;
2)Enter the cabins naked. Use of garments is not permitted in the sauna zone;
3)Use your biological clock, it isn’t time that counts but what your organism enjoys. Sessions longer than 15 min are in any case not permitted;
4)Cool the body with a cold shower or immersing in the “cold well” (after a rapid shower to remove sweat from the skin) or simply bathing in fresh air;
5)It is important to keep silent or to speak with a low voice to allow everybody to relax completely.
