Those who find the classical sauna too “dry” should try the “sanarium”, a variant of the sauna which takes account of the blood circulation.
The temperature varies between 45 and 60° C, with air humidity between 40 and 55%. The body is therefore stimulated more delicately, being heated over a longer time, so avoiding particular stress to the circulatory apparatus.
The time spent there can be much longer than with the traditional sauna. Staying in the bio-sauna, furthermore, by increasing body temperature to a maximum of 39°, keeps the immunity system in a state of “alert”, strengthening further the defences of the organism. This type of sauna is particularly appreciated by our female clients.
